An owner’s project manager (OPM) is a valuable asset to any owner. It provides a range of essential services throughout all stages of a project. Using IBY-CO will allow projects to run more smoothly and quickly meet complex goals.

IBY-CO operates as part of the project team but works under a separate contract with the owner. IBY-CO’s role is to oversee the entire project on behalf of the owner. This can include the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.

An OPM reports directly to the owner and always acts on the owner’s instructions and in the owner’s best interest. As an expert in all areas of design and construction, IBY-CO offers the owner valuable and unbiased advice throughout all project stages.
